TradeLossMD is a trading analysis and education platform that provides:

• Trade performance analytics and behavioral insights
• Psychology-based trading pattern analysis
• What-if scenario simulations
• PDF report generation

3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. User Accounts and Data

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password
• All activities that occur under your account
• The accuracy of the trading data you upload

5. Uploaded Data

You retain all rights to your uploaded trading data. By uploading data to our platform, you grant TradeLossMD a license to process and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. We do not sell your trading data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for platform improvements and research purposes.

6. Subscription and Payments

Our platform offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free Tier: Limited access to basic analysis features
• Paid Tiers: Full access to behavioral analytics, unlimited reports, and priority support

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Refunds are provided as per our refund policy (contact [email protected]).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TradeLossMD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any trading losses you may incur
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any errors or omissions in the Platform's analysis

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
